Oh Overrated, show more tender affection :) Find a PIMO who has to count time. Talk about, ice creams, weather, how unreasonable the elders are, then let the PIMO put it down on their report.

Inconsistencies is the Preachng Work
by LetTheTruthBeKnown inwith the shutdown of the public preaching work.
some take it to mean all preaching in all forms.
other take it to mean it only includes door to door and cart witnessing, but you can do phone witnessing.. what is interesting is that depending which country you live in the direction that was given what to do is different.. two countries (malta and ireland) that i know of were told explicitly not to do phone witnessing.

Longlivetherenegades - yes there are no dates in the Bible. It is ranges of time with events.
Our Father, Jehovah created time and He counts time in a awesome manner. The time precision in the Bible makes you gasp when you comprehend it using maths. He uses minimal information and makes you calculate. It is the opposite of brain washing, if you want this info, you have to dig. But if you dig, the easiness of it makes you eyes go wide, for there is such genius. And the accuracy - well if you think looking up at the night sky is quite good, see this! Then say the Bible's not harmonious, dare anyone :)
Silver bullet for WT - Ez 40:1 19.....14
No, it is not a date. It is a range of time.

HI Scholar
Oh shame about Dan 1:1 being 618BCE. Never mind.
“In the third year of the kingship of Jehoiakim the king of Judah, Nebuchadnezzar the king of Babylon came to Jerusalem and proceeded to lay siege to it.” (Dan. 1:1)
This “third year” of vassalage to Babylon would be the eleventh year of Jehoiakim’s entire reign……w64 10/15 pp. 636-637
He ruled for 3-11 years from 628 to 618 BCE you know. That's 10 years. They call it about 11.
Have you heard this talk on spiritual unity?
Now brothers, let's make sure we all remain united and if there's something we don't agree on... well we need to remain united, united behind this massive great big pile of garbage. That's called humility. Being lowly like garbage. And if you don't feel like garbage, make sure you attend the meetings regularly so we can change that for you. Nothing is too much trouble.

notsurewheretogo - have some fun with this - it'll be in the next video
Daniel interprets Neb's Tree Dream during or shorty after the 2nd year of Neb.
12 months pass after the interpretation.
Dan 4:29-33
At the end of twelve months he was walking on the roof of his great house in Babylon. The king made answer and said, Is this not great Babylon, which I have made for the living-place of kings, by the strength of my power and for the glory of my honour? While the word was still in the king's mouth, a voice came down from heaven, saying, O King Nebuchadnezzar, to you it is said: The kingdom has gone from you: And they will send you out from among men, to be with the beasts of the field; they will give you grass for your food like the oxen, and seven times will go by you, till you are certain that the Most High is ruler in the kingdom of men, and gives it to any man at his pleasure. That very hour the order about Nebuchadnezzar was put into effect: and he was sent out from among men, and had grass for his food like the oxen, and his body was wet with the dew of heaven, till his hair became long as eagles' feathers and his nails like those of birds
So Nebuchadnezzar's Driven Away for 7 Times starts 3rd maybe 4th year of Nebuchadenzzar.
Nebuchadnezzar takes Jehoiachin captive in his 8th year. So how do you squeeze about 7 years into the 4 or 5 years from 3rd-4th year Neb to 8th year Neb?
(2 Kings 24:12) . . .At length Je‧hoi′a‧chin the king of Judah went out to the king of Babylon, he with his mother and his servants and his princes and his court officials; and the king of Babylon got to take him in the eighth year of his being king. . .
Watchtower knows how. They make out 2 Kings 24:12 is talking about the 8th year of Jehoiachin, who only ruled for 3 months and 10 days.
You can see why they threw me out can't you.

Hi Beth Sarim - I don't focus on the dates just the maths. It's a different approach.
I know Eric has put up some helpful videos and the one who does the work on the dates for him is Tadua. Tadua focusses on reconciling external history. We have very, very interesting chats.
I can understand what the PIMI's are thinking of re the 20 year discrepancy. But sadly their house is built on a lot more than 20 years worth of sand. If I am correct, they even have the 7 times wrong, but you can't see it until you get the necessary scriptures under your nose. So the PIMI's might have to accommodate Christ's Invisible Prescence starting somewhere in the late 500s. Give or take 20 years.
What do you think? Think they'll fall for it?
You are probably right about the purge. Also, they I don't think they care about a new teaching being correct. I think they want it to be appealing. I remember C T Russell being quotes as saying, "we've never told them about the harvest..." or something like that. It was like a new spin to get people interested, not bring them the truth about Jesus Christ. Bit like Advertise, Advertise, Advertise. As if God's kingdom is a product to be sold to consumers.
Scholar - Watchtower has its own very unique take on logic. It is aimed at special people.

Finkelstein - Yes I agree. I also think there is more to it than people knowing it is wrong. It is like Macbeth when the three witches speak about fair is foul and foul is fair. They also speak about the hurly burly being done.
I made this video which deals with the subject in a gentle/amusing way.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mW6I9TdA8kY&t=2s
The way Watchtower messes with the figures from the 13th year of Josiah to the years of Nebuchadnezzar's reign puts people in a mental fog. They can't quite grasp the maths but think, "oh they must know what they are talking about." Therefore, people who join the Watchtower don't know it's right, even from the beginning. They still have questions when they come in. Watchtower is like a man-trap for Christians which abuses people's reasonableness. Reasonable people accept they don't know everything.
I got told, "if the GB have anything wrong they'll correct it." That was a lie. Yes, they'll change it (if they have to) but they never really address the anomalies. You are told to wait - again an abuse of a person's reasonableness. It is reasonable to give people a chance to change. But what if the person has NO intention of ever changing? And if they have no intention, how can YOU be certain?
Well I am certain because I know the Bible and I know that when Dan 1:1 speaks of the 3rd year of Jehoiakim's rulership, it means... the 3rd year of Jehoiakim's rulership.
Now, you might not realise this but for Watchtower, that year is 8 years long. And no there is no scriptural cross ref to say, "I give you a year for 8 years." :D And I know the WT refuse to change it because I have dealt directly with the GB and they have refused to change. I gave them a chance, plenty of fair warning but they did nothing. I told them that if they did nothing, I would interpret that as their refusal to correct the 1914 doctrine.
Watchtower isn't wrong with the maths. It is insane with the maths. But sad for them, the Bible's clarity is awsome when you know just the right 7 scriptures. These 7 scriptures are SO powerful in exposing the WT that elders REFUSE TO LOOK AT THEM.
Well what's going on there? Why do people, who purport to be helping other understand the Bible, refuse to read it?
Yes you end up with an exclusive group of apostate remaining in. The courageous Christians leg it. But some go into that crisis of conscience and that does damage. So very few get away without damage and it's not their fault, they were conned. I think there is an intention to destroy people's faith in Jesus Christ and their sense of self-worth if they don't do things Watchtower's way. I think it is deliberate cruelty of the very worst kind, designed to destroy people's thinking ability and wreck their emotional state.
And on that note - the one elder who I thought might help me (a capable businessman and mathematician) - when I said I was certain the 3rd year of Jehoiakim's rulership really was the 3rd year, he called me irrational. He refused to look at the 7 scriptures I wanted to draw his attention. So he wouldn't look at the facts. He just wouldn't look. Even to this I can't believe what he did.
TD - Shem Tov is curious. If I remember correctly, he was opposed to Christianity but did a Hebrew translation of the gospel of Matthew (which was in Greek). This translation by Shem Tov is held up by Watchtower as evidence that the book of Matthew was originally written in Hebrew. So they us a translation by an apostate as a authority! But the apostate did a fair translation and Watchtower mistranslate it, deliberately.
I don't know if Shem Tov used the name Jehovah in his Hebrew translation.

Bluesbrothers, thanks for the encouraging comments. It means a lot. I put all I have into these videos and the work is surprisingly difficult. But when people like it and it helps them, I am so happy.
I used to do all the stand in talks, one of them was SO good the KH buzzed and there was a sponateous round of applause. Hey, so what did the School Overseer do? He trashed me. I sat there with tears streaming down my face. Another sister got up and did her talk, she was very simple and her talk was lame. But the School Overseer praised her to the sky. At the end of the meeting I went up to him and I said, "if a little dog got on it's hind legs and did a trick for you, you would give it a pat on the head or a chocolate button. I am a human and I did a talk for you and you've just been horrible to me. Why, why did you do that to me?"
He didn't care - just carried on telling me my talk was rubbish. But a short time later he left my congregation. He went up country and in his new cong he was just as horrible. So much so he was even named in a Mark Cora video for totally stitiching someone up.
Hi Smiddy - Yes I got several replies.
The quote regarding 2nd presence was WT contradicting itself. They use the word 'presence' instead of coming. They used to talk about Christ's 2nd presence (because it's his 2nd coming) but they don't do that anymore. That's going to pave the way for them to say he hasn't come yet and that chap in the first century was mad, bit like Nebuchadnezzar after he had had that dream about a heaven high tree. But after the 7 Gentile Times have ended, people will come to their senses and realise the Watchtower are right (?????) But they wont tell you what they are right about, that's special information and it's only for special people.
(2 John 7) . . .For many deceivers have gone forth into the world, persons not confessing Jesus Christ as coming in the flesh. This is the deceiver and the antichrist.
Were there repercusions from my letter? Maybe - I have no proof. But my letter must have hit the Service Desk in America (cause that's where I sent it). It then got passed back to London Bethel, then it got passed to Brother 50% and his chum (who had blown the whistle on child abuse. years ago, in another cong but remains in). Bro 50% went spats at me as you know from the video. I was baffled. I wasn't in touch with anyone like Ray Franz at that point. After about a year I was. That was because I had taken to learning Greek and stuck the word 'syntelia' into Google. Via that word I found Ray online. About the same time WT brought out a study article which used the word 'syntelia'. I thought, 'they've done this because of me.' Now I have no proof of that but charts they used looked similar to mine, they also changed a teaching to do with the Master's arrival - that was a point I drew their attention to. People were scratching their heads after this article, I think it was when they changed the teachings on type and anti-type.
I read this article hoping they had actually changed the doctrine. But no, they had taken a blender to it and made a banana smoothie, with lumpy bits in. It was rubbish.
Brother Bonkers (not his real name) came up to me and said, "there see, it pays to wait on Jehovah, they listened to you."
I just didn't have it in me to bother explaining to him it was complete twaddle. So I smiled and fumbled around for something positive to say, like, "got any good jokes?"
Finkelstein - yes I agree and in the next video, to some extent I develop that point. I was just going to show the WT's crazy arithmetic but I could not divide the explanation of the arithmetic from the fact that people are being made to worship the WT.
Beth Sarim - I didn't realise that about the 'like button'. Oh yes you have to subscribe with discretion. I've got cong members subscribed to my channel who have had to unsubscribe because the elders found out and they got told-off. Having unsubscribed they have been promised they will be used as an example at a convention or some such.
